The Memorious is an independent literary magazine built on a simple conviction: that the short story, the essay, and the poem remain the most vital forms we have for making sense of things. Each issue gathers work written with a yearning for forgotten truths and awaiting revelations of beauty. We publish work from both emerging and established writers, and Issue 002 — Summer 2026 — is in print now. We intend to keep printing for a very long time.

Every earlier issue stays in the digital archive, so nothing we publish goes out of print.

We Are Reading
